As mentioned by others, when an investment goes south it is difficult to get answers to questions. No distribution on my one investment for over a year and no distributions projected for this coming year. The returns that they are projecting on new deals can be easily replicated elsewhere with far less risk. This has been a very poor investment.
I invested in 2 shopping center deals with FNRP almost 3 years ago. I have not received any distributions for the past two and one-half years. The properties keep losing money to the point where FNRP now says we most likely will not get our original investment back. Once this happened their communication has been poor, not answering my e-mails. They can not keep the properties leased up and at one property the tenants are not paying their CAM fees in protest. No distribution paid in a whole year. Unable to reach them. They are after you when they need your money. The response is very bad when enquiring on returns. I made a mistake of investing in this company.
