Fantastic agency, highly recommended
Highly recommend! Cazz was great to deal with from the start of the sales process, from her initial meeting with us to provide an appraisal, through until exchange of sale contracts. Cazz was always well prepared, her knowledge of the local market is exceptional, she’s open and honest and was great with her communication. Above all, Cazz’s warm, friendly and genuine personality make her a pleasure to deal with, and we’re very grateful to have had her manage the sale of our home.
Real Estate agents are great if you are selling or buying. However as renters we have been dismayed by no decent communication by the rental manager. 1st inspection, 3 wks to tell us no. 2nd inspection have not heard, sent enquiry about 3rd inspection. Still nothing. It is not hard to txt, email or call. Yes I know you are busy but that is no excuse.
Very happy with the service so far. Emily is great. Very proactive, very responsive and very helpful. Cannot recommend anyone better than Emily to look after your property.
