Trust them with extreme caution and proceed with your own due diligence checks to avoid costly disappointment! My review here is warning which cost thousands of dollars so put in the good faith! If you one of their “happy” landlords I would suggest to inspect your property to make sure your property is actually in a good condition, not just on a paper.
