My advice to good tenants. No matter how good a tenant you are or how nice the agent or landlord appears, don't expect them to be nice when you leave. They will look for any excuses to keep as much of your bond as possible. Make sure you document and take pictures of everything before you leave. You will need it for the tribunal. Been withFirst National for 4 years now. They have been a really great company to have looked after my property. I am interstate so relied on them for everything. Quick in responding to calls, Would clarify things if issues occurred and were always willing to help me with any questions. Selling the house, they were really good and honest and I got the price I wanted and Gavin Armstrong was honest in what I could expect and he was right. My elderly's mothers home has recently had to be sold unexpectedly I contacted Paul and arranged a meeting with him and Jakob. From the first point of contact I felt very confident in their approach and knowledge. Jacob was confident in all aspects re the sale and was fair in his assessments of matters. Taylor's are knowledgeable, helpful and proactive.
On my 3rd year renting with Taylor's,cannot fault.Everytime I request a maintenance issue,Tammy is quick to respond to get it fixed. Would highly recommend Taylor's if your looking to rent.
