No issues with this company until the end of tenancy. Watch out, stand your ground and know your rights as the tenant. There seems to be a long pattern of taking advantage of exiting tenants based upon the reviews.
Major Warning for Landlords They forgot to apply for bond damages and are now deliberately withholding $720 in tenant credit. Even when tenants are ready to settle fairly, they refuse to release money, creating unnecessary conflict and putting landlords at risk of not being paid. I would strongly advise against using this property management team.
