1st national need to be transparent in their charges for marketing. Partnered real estate agencies pay $920 for the very best trade me has to offer. We had no video, the agent used photos WE supplied, and we were charged $1500 for trade me marketing!!! The bill was $2300. With Eves we have sold in 3 months in a tough market. The $2070 we spent for marketing included drone photos and video, video introduction, and new photos. $2300 with 1st national got us very poor marketing for top dollar charges. Not good enough!
