The reputation of this real estate has rapidly declined since First National took over. Their incompetence and unprofessionalism is staggering. Reply: Is that so? How do you justify a coin-sized defect on a garage wall turning into the entire wall being painted, while also repairing damage caused by previous tenants? In terms of trying to get a rental, I found Aimee, the person in charge of rentals useless. After many phone calls, dropping off rental applications, not one return message. It seems to be, she is off, she is sick, she is not in today etc, etc. Lucky the market doesn't require any effort on her part to find tenants.
