An erxcellent sale under unusual conditions. I had to sell an apartment under unusual conditions and with a limited time to arrange it. I found David and his agency on the internet, based on previous good reviews. Was supposed to view a house at 2pm with an agent. Got cancelled on by email, at 1:11pm. I was already on the way by then and obviously not going to check my emails while driving. Given attitude on the phone when I asked the agent where she was. Id strongly advise to your agents they utilise their telephones when cancelling viewings, especially same day, let alone within the hour.
