In November 2024 I had to make the decision of selling a beautiful old train station in Hamley Bridge, and needed the right person to make it happen. Just updating as it's now two years since the Stells put us through hell & back!! What an absolute disgrace of an operation!! Not only did they fail to communicate on time with all parties they failed miserably as a Real Estate Agent!! DO NOT EVER consider this agency or First National in general as it clearly start from the top with how they treat their customers. The no stress sale by Rob Stell. Rob and his team took a stressful situation and turned it into a pleasant journey, we learned alot from him about the sales process and met some great professional people along the way.
