Worst real estate I've ever delt with. The property managers are incompetent and it's worth noting I've had 3 during my 2yr tenancy with them. Went to QCAT and the judged was applied by their lack of general admin knowledge and property law. Dodgy dealings steer clear!
Please do not go with this company ever. They don't care about you nor your property which rhey were supposedly manage. The tenants lost our garage controller, their dog destroyed some of the automatic sprinklers and no reports of the damage until we got the keys back. However it was too late to charge the tenants as they have received their bond money. Bad customer service as well.
Still waiting for someone to call me back. Has made my short experience as a landlord miserable.

My son Jon has rented his property with First National for some years now and have to say Kate is an amazing property manager. Kept us up to date with maintenance issues and sent through property reports and photos. Will definitely get Kate to look after my second son’s property when it comes up for rent later this year. Thanks Kate for all your hard work 😊
