Karen has been wonderful to deal with as a Property Manager.
Warning: future renters/tenants. Take photos as much as you can prior moving and leaving. Don't get me wrong, they were very professional and all, I am very good tenant but when I was moving out tried communicating properly to them and just end up almost scammed!!!! Lucky I have all the evidence and the professional cleaners backed me up.
