Neilson Partners, well what can I say except totally disgusting. They made a mistake by not communicating with tenant and being ignorant with their acceptance of their mistake. They will not help when it was their total mismanagement of a situation that will now end up in VCAT. They have created a terrible situation and cant understand that people may not take kindly to them when they continue to have an arrogant approach and ignore the catastrophic situation that may arise.
