Terrible real estate Rented a storage unit and it was an ordeal Gladly took our money then phoned office 4 times leaving message to have property manager ring us back Excuse that they were In a meeting or out of the office but happy to send email of money owing in between my attempts to speak to someone No return of calls No mobile number given No one in office including the Principal was available Absolute joke Would not recommend
James’s service in renting my property is exceptional- he personally fixed the washing machine connection including a trip to Bunnings that is going above and beyond my expectations. His team Chloe and Amy are brilliant and have provided top shelf service. In this industry, words are easily thrown about however I have seen first hand the First National team Mudgee are all action. We’ve been disappointed with the level of service provided by The First National Mudgee property management team. June this year, we requested a new 12-month lease for our tenants along with a rent adjustment. We signed our portion of the lease promptly and were under the impression that the tenants had also signed, as we were never informed otherwise.
