12 years ago Joe Bryant Sold us our piece of paradise in South Yunderup and last weekend he sold it for us, sad to leave this beautiful neighbourhood but Joe advised us as to what needed doing and we just followed his recommendations. We recently purchased a property through Joe Bryant at Mercer Bryant and couldn't be happier. Joe was very professional throughout the whole process, kept us informed and during the negotiation was very transparent with us. We would happily use Joe again.
Woeful service, worst property advertisement with pictures taken from our FB pages. Paid for a premium service and certainly didn't get that. Couldn't wait for our contract to finish up so we could go with another property manager...which we did. Good riddance !!!
