We bought our property through Gary Lucas at First National. He was great to deal with, and made the transaction stress-free. We were very happy with the group, so stayed with them to manage our property as a holiday home. Ivana has been a fantastic property manager - very prompt with replies and organising staff/contractors to maintain the property. Guests have also been impressed with the house and timely responses from Ivana when needed.
Michelle was my rock during a trial time trying to find a suitable tenant for us, because it can be stressful. We were so lucky to be introduced to her by Leah from Barry Plant another beautiful person to deal with, Michelle did not disappoint, instead went a mile for us and we will forever be grateful to work with such a beautiful kind and helpful person, who is so easy to talk to as we continue to work with her being out letting agent.
