We bought our property through Gary Lucas at First National. He was great to deal with, and made the transaction stress-free. We were very happy with the group, so stayed with them to manage our property as a holiday home. Ivana has been a fantastic property manager - very prompt with replies and organising staff/contractors to maintain the property. Guests have also been impressed with the house and timely responses from Ivana when needed.
Michelle was my rock during a trial time trying to find a suitable tenant for us, because it can be stressful.
