Lewis Prior have been managing a property for us for around 15 years. We never had an issue, or concern. Total professionalism and great communication from Karlie in managing the rental. Excellent balance between tenant needs and what was reasonable for landlord to attend to. Cannot recommend Karlie and Lewis Prior RE enough. All advice regarding pricing, repairs and renovation has been accurate and beneficial for my market. All recommended tradespeople have been efficient, cost effective and reliable - I now use them in my private residence. Very happy.
