FN Real Estate managed our property as a rental, then later as a sale. The communication was always good, and any issues at the property were resolved in a timely manner. Recommend these guys
Stayed over a year in their rental property and, compared to other real estate agencies I’ve dealt with, this was not a good experience. In my experience, reasonable maintenance requests were often rejected. The last few inspections felt quite stressful, particularly after a change in staff when an assistant to the property manager took over handling inspections.
Helpful, friendly - Laureen goes that extra mile. We had a great experience dealing with Laureen when purchasing a property site unseen on Bruny island. Laureen was a fantastic communicator from the initial phone call to the measuring the fireplace on her way home on a Friday night. Absolutely fantastic service.
Wonderful experience! Helen has been great throughout the entire process. From email correspondence to face to face interactions, Helen she has been easy going, knowledgeable and has had very good communication. We made an interstate purchase in Tasmania which can be stressful but Helen made the experience very straightforward and easy to navigate.
We were very pleased with Shaun and Helen, they were able to answer our questions regarding the open home. They assisted us with the successful purchase of our new home. I would recommend them.
