I experienced inadequate communication; my family needed them to respond to emails from various rental agents so that we could secure a new rental, yet there was no action taken. They did reply to one inquiry, but there were several requests from agencies for additional information. It appears they lack the necessary skills to manage rentals, and it seems that certain nationalities are preferred over others.
