Went into view two homes on display to purchase as an investment in Willetton and where Jenny was present for both. She verbally told me to my face “you wouldn’t be able to afford the property” based off my appearance without asking me any questions. Please note that this felt like a discriminatory statement and would not purchase or sell with this company. After seeing other reviews have confirmed that this is consistent with her nature.
Old school service. Even though Rob was acting for the seller, the service he provided us as the buyer was genuine, old school service. He worked around us for inspection times, provided all information promptly and made sure the purchase was seamless. Highly recommend him to anyone and will use him ourselves in the future
