Honest, kind and a pleasure to work with. Rene broke the mould of what we thought a real estate agent was. Incredibly good-natured and quick with a joke, we genuinely felt he wanted the best for us as he guided us through the buying process. He strikes the perfect balance between professional and the kind of guy you'd want to get a beer with. I only hope his beloved Hawks have as much success as he's helped us achieve.
Gets the job done! Rene appraised our property in Teesdale above what we were expecting, and he got it! Extremely well done to a true gentleman of the industry, thank you for your highly professional yet personable manner. He is a very down to earth man that's very easy to talk to. I have bought and sold houses with Rene now for 5-6 years with outstanding results. Rene is always great with communication, he gives great advice to both vendor and buyers. My last sale with Rene was how you would say a difficult one. Renee had to deal with a very difficult buyer whose demands were quite rude and abrupt and didn’t treat myself or Rene with much respect. Rene Pompe was the selling agent for a property I recently purchased, and I can confidently say he was the most unprofessional and biased agent I’ve dealt with. As a buyer, I was repeatedly met with dishonesty, rudeness, and lack of integrity from him. He misrepresented a key permanent fixture on the property, which he later attempted to remove post-final inspection—quietly and without disclosure—something that is not only unethical but potentially illegal.
