Absolutely appalled by my experience with First National Real Estate. The level of hypocrisy shown in the way rental tenants are treated compared to what is promised is beyond disappointing. Integrity seems to be completely lacking. Policies and expectations appear to change depending on who they benefit, and tenants are not treated with the fairness, respect or consistency they deserve. I had such a positive experience with First National. From the start, they were incredibly easy to deal with, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed help. I felt like I was in really good hands, and I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything went. We recently applied for a property with this company and they have been absolutely amazing our property manager Micheal calleja is one of the best people I have dealt with he has accommodated us in every way, I have never had a manager so easy to talk to and who is willing to work around us, as someone who is also busy and doesn’t have much time he is patient and always friendly, highly recommend him.
Charlise Muscat has managed our rental properties over a year now with outstanding professionalism. She is proactive, responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond. Most recently, she organised a successful property launch and secured excellent tenants with strong employment and rental histories. We are extremely pleased with her service and would highly recommend her to any property owner.
I recently changed over to First National, and dealing with Charlise has been amazing. She had my property leased even before the previous tenants moved out, which has made the transition seamless and stress-free. She was great with communication throughout the entire process and handled the previous tenant professionally and firmly when the property wasn’t left in good condition.
