If I could give Suzy a no star I would. She managed my property for 5 years. In that time I probably ever contacted her twice to find out why the tenants were not maintaining the property and cutting down trees without permission. They have never been able to get great tenants in let's start with that. I recently had another agent walk through and inspect, alot of the issues there were not put on any inspection checks that should have been addressed with the tenant. And I mean its pretty bad. The lovely team at FN Candappa are absolutely lovely, the communication is prompt and friendly. Bayley is a wonderful agent who prioritises his clients and tenants and their needs and is always up for a chat, answering any and all questions or queries that you may have. Suzy is also a breath of fresh air with a bright, welcoming demeanour. All in all, this real estate is great to deal with and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent, buy or sell through them.
