Excellent communication and very competitive prices for storage units
Shane handled my commercial property rental and so far, poor experience all around. He got me (the client) to create the docusign lease and obtain signatures from the tenants as he was unable to. Got a signed lease AFTER the tenant had already moved in 4 weeks prior. Now waiting to terminate their service and no one can tell me the end of terms of service requested a week ago. Stay away. So many better commercial agents in the area.
