I had a horrible experience dealing with Shane Candappa as a buyer. He refused to provide the listing photos to me even though it is clearly stated in the contract. Despite numerous follow-ups from the buyer's agent and rental agent, he still refused to do so. He was recorded on video making promise that he would give the photos after settlement.
