Suzy and her team are the standard for the Warragul and Drouin areas. Their service, communication, and professionalism was exceptional and for the 18 months we rented through them we didn't experience a single issue. Suzy Candappa of First National Candappa is always very professional and has excellent knowledge of the rental market in our area. She seems to have a cogent knowledge of the very large area which embraces Warragul, Drouin, Neerim South, Jindivick, Yarragon, Trafalgar, Moe, Bunyip, Garfield, Officer and Nar Nar Goon. Quite amazing when listed, it does however indicate her vast knowledge of our area. If I could give Suzy a no star I would. She managed my property for 5 years. In that time I probably ever contacted her twice to find out why the tenants were not maintaining the property and cutting down trees without permission. They have never been able to get great tenants in let's start with that. I recently had another agent walk through and inspect, alot of the issues there were not put on any inspection checks that should have been addressed with the tenant. And I mean its pretty bad.
