Excellent . Alaine has a huge knowledge of the real estate market. She was factual and didn't hide anything about our purchase. Helpful with managing the highs and lows of selling and buying. A great choice and recommended by friends.
We have had very poor experiences with First National Real Estate. They are not the one's to chose if you have a property that you wish to be looked after. The cleaners left lights on, and left the property unlocked (and were also caught swimming in our pool with non-working family they invited around). However the worst example is that the agents promise to check the property for damage after guests leave. Holiday home rental for our OS visitors at Bongaree was a disgrace. It was an embarrassment. The day théy arrived maggots all through the house, vacuum cleaner unusable due to being chock full of someone else’s rubbish. Oven thick with grease on the bottom. Only giving 2 stars due to FN sending a cleaner to rectify although she was rude and virtually accused the family of making the mess although they’d just arrived that day. Very dissappoint to recieve 25% deposit request to confirm Booking.com reservation although it was not in T&C's for booking
Enjoyed our stay on Bribie Is. - Beach Shack, Bongaree. Perfect location for weekend away - spotless and fitted out with everything needed for a relaxed weekend.
