Brett was a legend . As my experience in the past with realestate agents was not great. I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine honesty of Brett. I had 3 agents give valuations with 2 of them giving unrealistically high ones. Brett could have done that but chose to be honest with the valuation and I agreed with it as I had been researching prices on the island.
