I have very recently purchased a block and my experience was great. Agent Ken was very open, honest and always followed through with sending availability updates and when I finally chose one also with all the comms. Ken went over and above and sent additional photos. Process was very clear and staff very accommodating sending kindly reminders when I forgot to do my part. Very happy with the service.
