Although Zach was the seller's agent, he went out of his way to help us the buyers. Nothing was too much trouble. His professionalism was outstanding. If in the future, we sell our property we would have no hesitation in using Zach as our agent.
Our tenancy experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing and stressful, and I would not recommend them to anyone considering renting through them or trusting them with the management of an investment property. On a scale of 1 to sheer brilliance Zach at 1st National is a 10. From every aspect of selling our house advising on repairs we needed to improve the sale price to do even organising some of the contractors for us this was an easy & stress free experience which resulted in a record price for the area. My wife & I could not be more happy with Zach & 1st national if we tried. 110% recommend Zach & his team
