We were tenants with Ian Lownds as our property manager for 5 years, and he was fantastic to work with. Ian was always professional, addressing any maintenance or concerns quickly. He not only looked after the property but also made us feel like it was our home, which is truly valuable. Ian was respectful, kind, and a great asset to First National Armidale. As a renter for the past 10 years, I can confidently say this has been the best renting experience I’ve had.

I lived in a rental with Ian Lownds as my property manager. Ian was very very helpful from the moment I moved into the premises and when I vacated especially as this was the first time renting after uni. My experience whilst living in the property was smooth. Prompt response to any issues and good communication throughout my stay for the last 3 years. Would definitely recommend Ian . Thank you Armidale first national for all that you do.

First National -Armidale has been my agency for well over seven years. During those years, I lived in the same unit I rented. I stayed with the same agency because the team, specifically the managers (Emma, in my case), are customer-centered and always ready to help and fix issues on time. They also offer cheaper rent prices, as compared to others, based on the information I collected.
