Terrible service from this mob. I was shown through 2 properties by Paul Cambell on the Thursday afternoon. A 10 hr drive round trip.from where I live. I emailed Paul on the Monday morning with a couple of questions as we we very keen to put an offer in. Paul told me that the property is now off the market and is with the solicitors. I was never advised that an offer was put forward and given the chance to counter that. I believe this was sold to family or friends of Paul for it to be rushed through so quickly. We were tenants with Ian Lownds as our property manager for 5 years, and he was fantastic to work with. Ian was always professional, addressing any maintenance or concerns quickly. He not only looked after the property but also made us feel like it was our home, which is truly valuable. Ian was respectful, kind, and a great asset to First National Armidale. As a renter for the past 10 years, I can confidently say this has been the best renting experience I’ve had.
