Fast to communicate and process the transaction however locked keys in house at settlement. Only provided garage fob which was unable to provide access to property and caused additional locksmith fees.

Prospective purchaser in late 2021. Asked for a phone call about a property I was offering on. I was text messaged instead of called and as a result did not increase my offer. I was willing to offer more than the property sold for. Something for sellers to think about. Response: as you will see from my review the SOLE reason I didn't increase my offer was because the agent was texting me and did not call me.
