This bank came recommended to by a bunch of women who I used to work with 3 years ago and I wish I didn’t listen to them. I knew I should’ve went to another bank that was more known. I was just trying to support the town of Williston and keep it local. I see now that unless you go to the schools here and know every single person with almost the same name you don’t get welcomed. Absolutely horrible experience! Worst customer service! I would never recommend this bank! Probably not long before they close! Sad to see as we wanted to keep business with them! We were just not in the state at that time. Now that we’re here, I guess we’ll go where we are more welcomed. Trust fund babies who don’t understand how the real world is. We actually don’t have everything handed to us at “20”! Try to do better so customers don’t have to wait 30 days for a “new 🏧 card”
