I had the best customer service by a lovely lady named Marisol. She was very helpful and so sweet I got her business card and planning on telling my coworkers about them
I don’t know about the rest of the locations, but the one in Willis inside of Kroger‘s has the worst staff and super slow. I’ll be getting a new bank as soon as possible as I’m done dealing with the people at this location.
Worst bank you can go to almost takes 25 mins every time you go and it’s not even busy. Makes me want to switch banks just because of this location
