I don’t know about the rest of the locations, but the one in Willis inside of Kroger‘s has the worst staff and super slow. I’ll be getting a new bank as soon as possible as I’m done dealing with the people at this location.
Worst bank you can go to almost takes 25 mins every time you go and it’s not even busy. Makes me want to switch banks just because of this location
Bad service bunch of teenagers just playing around. The lady with the long lashes was being rude towards by husband..
Bad service.. The lady named Vianey was being rude if you work in a costumer service you should be helpful and not on your phone
