I brought a business account in when PeoplesBank acquired First National Bank of Suffield and its been nothing but trouble, mi information and fees as a result. Nobody cares and is accountable. One of the Rep's at the home office that worked with me on the largest won't even return my call. I'm taking my business to Webster Bank, NA in CT.

Quadruple check the information that you received before signing up for an account here. I was in need of setting up multiple business banking accounts, and spoke with the bankers at the branch prior to setting up my accounts. I was told to speak with Gina who is the commercial liaison for the branch, but after reaching out to her at least four or five times and not receiving a call back, I trusted the information that I received from the branch itself where they said that ACH payments did not cost anything.
