There were issues with the free checking account being billed a monthly service fee, yet their reason (paper statements wasn't valid (never a statement received, numerous other concerns went unaddressed, now my title is weeks late and still MIA.

Sincerely disappointed in this institution. I’ve banked with them for about 5 years. I recently went out of the country, my card was flagged for fraud, I waited until I returned home to call in. I spoke with someone on the phone (on Thursday) and was told I could come in on Friday before six pm so someone could issue me a new card. I came at 5:15 to which the girls inside told me they could not do it because no one was in that could issue a new card. Great bank... but since the upgrade I can no longer use their app. It dose not work with newer Android phones. Which is very confusing to me cause you would think an Upgrade would be compatible with newer phones (I have a Galaxy S8). This makes it more difficult to use my online banking because I have to go through their website & answer questions EVERYTIME! I wish they would fix that issue.
I’ve been a customer for 39 years. I love the bank and its employees.
