I have never had a bad experience. In fact I feel like I know everybody. Guess that's the hometown experience!
I really liked being known by name when I walk in, as well as the friendly atmosphere. The staff is helpful and willing to answer any questions that I have.
Bill and Liz in particular are awesome at the bank. I prefer FNB because they have multiple locations and I know the staff.
I'm recognized by name at the branch and it has a friendly atmosphere about it. Everyone's always willing to answer questions.
I always brag to my friends that my bank is one of the friendliest around, and I really think it's true. That's why I won't go elsewhere.
FNB really feels like a bank and I like that. So many banks make you feel like you're bothering them when you come to them with things, but not here.
