Normally a good bank.. but if your loyal long time customer instead of them prioritizing their customers on getting them the new tap to pay cards they are holding them for new customers only and making current customers order them and wait even longer. Super annoying and if current customers are always put on back end of new or current technology i suggest new bank. Ill be switching both my personal and business account.

It's say that they are open until 2pm on Saturday but here it is 1215pm and the bank is closed
They usually are very efficient when I go to drive-thru, but this time they weren't. They forgot to return my card back and I was pressing the "call" buttonto ask them. I got ignored It looks like they were trying to avoid me or something. After few minutes, they returned my card back and no even an apology...
