A real human answers the phone. Tellers remember me and greet me by name. Excellent financial products. I won't bank anywhere else
3 hours of phone calls and actually going to the branch to get help on opening a new account. NOPE You can't call the branch! You have to go through a gate keeper in Montana! And they won't actually let you talk to the branch, they want you to talk to them. Then, when you actually go to the branch, it's only when they have time to talk to you in between customers. After 10 minutes I was out. I really tired. Hopefully its not that everyday but I will never know.
The tellers are nice but the managers are very rude! When it was Anthony Ramirez at the Acrin location he was always nice and helpful then came Diana who RARELY smiled and always had an attitude! I heard many complaints about her from other people and now they have Alissa there who is equally rude and loathsome. Customer service is NOT their strong suit! Why are the tellers always so nice but the managers so discourteous and unfavorable!? One Happy Little Bank----NOT!
i have an endless list of complaints about the bank as a whole, from their cheaply made debit cards that dont last to their infuriating web design of their terrible online banking program to their incessant avalanche of emails. this location specifically has been a pain in the butt constantly. i am leaving this review after a particularly bad show of incompetence, lack of communication skills, and lack of care by Rose. she haphazardly closed the wrong account after failing to communicate which account we wanted closed and af... read more
My 1 star not mean bad service at bank when I go to bank they all good service to me But yesterday my mobile banking can’t login and I call customer service he bad service to me yelling me and me need to try login because system don’t have problem and I try login still waiting and he said call him back if can’t he don’t wait me I never get bad service like this before
