It's say that they are open until 2pm on Saturday but here it is 1215pm and the bank is closed
They usually are very efficient when I go to drive-thru, but this time they weren't. They forgot to return my card back and I was pressing the "call" buttonto ask them. I got ignored It looks like they were trying to avoid me or something. After few minutes, they returned my card back and no even an apology...
A real human answers the phone. Tellers remember me and greet me by name. Excellent financial products. I won't bank anywhere else
3 hours of phone calls and actually going to the branch to get help on opening a new account. NOPE You can't call the branch! You have to go through a gate keeper in Montana! And they won't actually let you talk to the branch, they want you to talk to them. Then, when you actually go to the branch, it's only when they have time to talk to you in between customers. After 10 minutes I was out. I really tired. Hopefully its not that everyday but I will never know.
