Worst bank ever! Family member passed away, you have to hold forever to get a person, after being disconnected twice. I live in CA, they are located in Gaffney. There is no way to do anything unless it is in person. I sent verifications of death and my appointment, asked to have them suspend the account, instead they kicked me out online so I couldn't cover his auto pays, and let EVERYTHING bounce until I could get there 2 weeks later.
