RecommendedThis bank is hands down the best bank I know of, I personally bank at over 12 banks local and nationwide the high level of customer service is unmatched anywhere. The CEO Ginger Martin, demands the best out of her amazing team and it shows. Great bank for customers. On the other hand, you don’t want to be an employee there at all. First of all, management does not care about you at all. Also when it comes to paying, it’s awful. Really low pay compare to the amount of work that has to be done. I worked for that bank for two years and after seeing how everything is handle inside, I decided to leave. Don’t regret it at all.
