I absolutely love this bank and the people who work there. They are always so nice and friendly and eager to help. Even though I don't have an account there, they still treat me as if I do when I go in. The facility is always clean and the music is good.
Terrible service, the ATM rarely works, the staff is less than friendly. I used to bank here. I closed my accounts when they started messing things up. There's a monthly fee just to keep the account open. It doesn't make for a good business model. I went just a few miles down the street and opened an account where there is no monthly fee and they give me a credit dividend. Last time I went through the bank, they said no words to me, just opened up the drawer and looked at their screen. I've seen AI with more personality.
