First National Bank of Omaha SUCKS! I have been a very good customer. Always paying my bill on time. Last month I paid my regular bill a couple of weeks before it was due and now they are telling me that the payment did not count towards my monthly bill since it did not post during the billing cycle And now they say I am behind on a payment and owe them a late fee - despite the fact that technically I already paid the bill!! It counts for nothing to be a responsible person and pay your bill early - they just screw you over!!... read more
