Really disappointed by the lack of customer service. Not a friendly place to bank.
Staff is extremely dynamic. You see new faces all the time. They can't keep branch managers for anything. If working for them is anything like banking with them, it makes sense.

they treat even they longest customers by how they look and like garbage. been banking there since i was 16 and still 10 years later treated like garbage. we needed our truck fixed that they have a loan on and didnt trust us with the money so set up a hurdle system for us to go to the shop then drive a hour to them then to drive back to the shop to finally get my vehicle fixed. all because i have long hair and tattoos. its ridiculous. ill be finding another bank for the rest if my life cause first national bank is not the ba... read more
