Great people! Been banking with them for years!
It always seems as it it takes a phone call and a million questions to deal with this bank. I use my computer and not my phone to do my banking and this is not a computer friendly bank. They are geared to people who use a cell phone. If you don't use your online account for 90 days they make you call in to get it renewed and then you still need to get a code on your cell to log in to your account.
