I sorta kindof hate that I opened an accountwith WINTRUST BANK about a couple of years ago ..when I originally came to the facility, I was under the impression that it was TCF (now Huntington), but I let customer service talk me into opening an account. I have had nothing but not so friendly and nonchalant experiences ever since. There is never anyone around to assist you.... Terrible experience
Met with banker Mary Grogan today to open a CD and it was definitely a 5-star experience. She is very kind, very knowledgeable and very very helpful! This is not my first visit with Mary. My previous visit with her a year ago would also be rated a 5-star experience. I feel very comfortable and confident meeting with her for my banking needs.
Joe was very helpful and pleasant. Answered all my questions and took care of all my needs. Great place to bank.
