C. Nichols was awesome! She was very helpful. I didn't know if she was a teller, banker's assistant or my personal banker. Then I read her card titled Branch Manager.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to become a new customer based on ads I heard on the EP Podcast. All the personal attention & community-based focus was interesting to me. I have substantial, multiple accounts that any other institution would appreciate. For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have been ignored, given wrong information or referred to other locations.
