I called First National Bank to obtain some information. It was so nice to have a person pick up the phone without a multiple minute wait. The young lady that I spoke to initially requested some information and then transferred me to Will. Will picked up the phone. Amazing! I spoke to Will who was very helpful and went out of his way to provide the information I needed. The Marion branch is the BEST!! Everyone always has a smile on their face and are so friendly and helpful.
Will was extremely helpful, and thoroughly explained all of the answers to my questions. The process was quick, and I would recommend a thousand times!
Real Bank. You may go inside to do your banking or drive through. Doesn't shut in the middle of the day. Unlike Hughes branch. Also allows customers deposit rolled coins, UNLIKE Hughes branch which doesn't allow deposit of coin, even for account holders in good standing. Friendly employees, they did NOT proselytize to me or try to convert me to their religion. In fact I don't KNOW the religion of these bank employees because they are professional. Thank you for a great banking experience.
