Amazing is not sufficient enough of a word to describe *************************************. Miracle worker, fits much better. She made my closing possible with the 10 day window I ended up with after being stalled for 3 weeks by ****************. She and the other loan officers called me when sick from home as well as several times a day to ensure when things were done. It was an exceptional experience.

I have been using FNBA to invest in C D's. The process is quick and easy. The website for CD's specifically does not give a lot of info on it. It just has the basic info about the CD itself, nothing about my profile, etc.
I have spent the last 10 months calling into this company to fix an issue with paying online and they have done absolutely nothing to fix this problem . One hour at least each month is spent paying my loan payment with a representative. And then the nonsense starts .. We have reset accounts , passwords , deleted accounts .. and every single month we try again , same scenario, i put in my info and try to set a new account , answer is already an account registered . So unprofessional and do not recommend. My loan was denied through their end and tried re doing it with a higher percentage which I was not happy about and did not agree with so I went with a different bank that was able to work with the same percentage and just because I didnt go forward with them for the loan they didnt want to transfer my appraisal I did through them out of spite. All they had to do was transfer the bank name since I paid for the appraisal, but they were mad I went with a different bank and refused to hel... read more
