Clean and friendly but not so good at following instructions with the simple notes I need printed on my deposit receipts, even when I hand over a printed note with clear and easy instructions to include my "name" and "rent". I don't know what their language is, but it's a 50/50 chance they get it right.

Opened an account to pay my mortgage in Alaska and credit card. Unable to use account to pay them. The. They charged me $50 to close the accounts. Horrible experience. Between credit card, mortgage fees for failed payments and cost to close accounts I’m out $110
