For context, I manage various bank accounts for various real estate entities across multiple banks - I have multiple accounts with First National Bank and frequent the North Royalton branch. Dale Novotny (manager) and his team are incredibly accommodating and have helped me on numerous occasions to safely but quickly manage the movement of funds to allow for timely closings. Highly recommend for fast-paced business operations that are willing to show face and build a relationship with the bank.
Shame this used to be a great bank with a homey feel. But, not anymore. Now it’s the snotty and rude tellers and the manager is right there with them. Pity.
This place has the most epic banking experience this side of the Mississippi
Rude. The most condescending individual works here which I can only assume is either the manager or the banker on site. I would not consider investing in this establishment for that simple fact.
