Refrain from engaging with this bank at all costs. Amy, the branch manager, exhibits extreme rudeness and difficulty to work with. She deliberately complicates matters to obtain your own funds. Corporate is aware of her actions and have received multiple complaints similar to mine.
My review is for this location only and to let you know that Heather has been the most helpful and the kindest among all the locations we have dealt with. She gets a call from me weekly to raise the limit on my debit cards so I can pay my crew and she’s always happy and willing to help as much as she can.
Kelly is the best person to get help from . 10/10 would suggest them
