Had to perform several high stress, high priority, and time consuming transactions for our company that has its accounts with FNB. Vikki (branch manager) and Nick (assistant branch manager) were exceptional in the handling of these transactions. Very professional, thorough, and respectful. Special thanks to Nick who went over and above resolving an issue from an error made on our end. His attention to the problem and efforts in resolving it were exceptional! Thanks guys!
