I had to go into the branch for an international wire transfer, they were very helpful. This was my first time at this branch location...the staff was friendly, were curious/interested in our business, and how they could help further - we will be doing more of our business at this specific location!
The lady who does notaries is difficult to deal with and is now refusing to notatize anything that was not created by the bank. She claims this is an FNB policy, however every other FNB location will notarize documents for their customers. It seems she is on a power trip.
Staff at drive thru are rude, very rude, and it’s a race thing for sure
Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
