I wish I had something positive to say about this bank. Were I not tied to it by my mortgage, I would leave immediately. I called earlier today and to ask if they had a notary available, they said they did. I brought in the documents which were closing documents for a previous home that we owned, they said they could not sign them. Even if my current home was bought through this Bank, they would not sign closing documents for another home. I had considered banking with this bank but after the bad experience my wife had, there is no way I will bank with this branch. They have poor customer service and the branch manager is even worse. He is a not professional at all. If I could have give them a zero I would have!
If I could leave a 0 I would, but there’s not an option. I had got my tax refund check, I had opened a new bank account with FNB so I could have another account for my money to go into instead of my other bank accounts. Well when I opened the bank account no one told me that for New customers any deposits will be held for 10 days until verification. If i could leave 0 stars right about now- I would. I have a small business account. I had surgery a week ago- and my card was apparently skimmed on the way to my surgeon- I called them this week to deal with it- I was TOLD that I have to physically come INTO a branch to sign for paperwork for my new debit card. I asked how long it is going to take to get a debit card in the mail- and they told me 10 business days. It has already been a week. It should be automatic. Could I get a temporary debit card?
