Bertha was very patient,helped fix my problem in a timely fashion, and answered all my questions.Im recommending all my friends and family to this bank.
Those I have worked with have been helpful and professional. The website is well designed, maintained, and user friendly. BUT, if you have to use the ATM machine be advised of the unresponsive/ineffective buttons. I cannot determine if this machine has defects or was designed by someone who likely had to wear a "dunce" hat in grammar school. Making a deposit is almost impossible.
