When I called and talked to the rude lady that answered the phone, she was short and refused to help me in anyway, even though they sent out private information that could lead to identity fraud!
Have a senior account with them, going on twelve years and am sad to say that I received a print out of someone ELSE'S FULL Social security Number with their account numbers, account balances!
Everyone is so nice and polite!
