You’re better off taking your money to another bank as this place clearly doesn’t want your business based on the way they treat their clients. Very unprofessional and rude staff today. How can you trust them with your money if they can’t even have proper staff at this location?
I’ve been going to FNB for a long time throughout the area and rarely go to this location. Decided to go since it was close by to do some transactions. I have NEVER been so disrespected in a bank ever. They ignored me for a good 5 minutes when I was standing there and I was so confused until another customer told me that the line was off to the side where the chairs were. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would . The manager is horrible.
I have tried to contact them about a charged fee 3 times now and been told that no manager was available but would be contacted later when a manager had time. I have not received any attempt to contact me yet, and the representative I spoke to today (Estelle I believe) refused to provide me with corporate contact info and hung up on me with a "Have nice day sir" knowing that I was not finished discussing the issue. They paid $600 incentive for me to open an account and this is how they treat their customers?
I previously gave this branch 1 star with a bunch of complaints. Since actually walking in the bank 3 times over the last 6 months for in bank services I've had the opportunity to deal with different people in my experiences changed. I thought it only fair to come back and revamp my scathing review.
