If I could give this bank 0 stars I would . The manager is horrible.
I have tried to contact them about a charged fee 3 times now and been told that no manager was available but would be contacted later when a manager had time. I have not received any attempt to contact me yet, and the representative I spoke to today (Estelle I believe) refused to provide me with corporate contact info and hung up on me with a "Have nice day sir" knowing that I was not finished discussing the issue. They paid $600 incentive for me to open an account and this is how they treat their customers?
I previously gave this branch 1 star with a bunch of complaints. Since actually walking in the bank 3 times over the last 6 months for in bank services I've had the opportunity to deal with different people in my experiences changed. I thought it only fair to come back and revamp my scathing review.
This branch has the most professional people in the business! Estelle will be my point of contact from now on. Not only did she handle multiple phone calls, me being demanding and she was incredibly patient and accommodating. If you don’t like you bank, you will love this one!! Go Estelle
Terrible, Terrible bank. They bought out Howard so it was not a choice but next year I'm out of there. Impossible to reach, lackadaisical. Called 3 locations to get a balance check because all of a sudden my credentials don't work online. Call three locations because each one put me on hold for an extremely long period of time. I have called to ask other questions and had the same experience. One of the associates that I used to work with when they were at Howard lasted there for 2 months and then she got the hell out.
