The man at the door was unwelcoming and short. Find another location.
Everyone at this branch is awesome but I have to give a special shout out to Denise. I've known her for years and she works incredibly hard to take care of your personal banking needs, something larger banks and even credit unions have forgotten how to do.
I was a new customer within the last year and set up my new accounts with Denise Barbour. She was extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. Denise and the tellers have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I found a customers wallet at the tellers window one day. I gave it to the teller and she knew who it belonged to and immediately called him. Luckily he wasn't far down the road.
The first time I walked in I witnessed the branch manager ( Denise Barbour)treating her co-worker like garbage literally was so bad others customers were walking out. Then after that she tells I can't cash check unless ur account holder and I'm not opening you an account bc there other ppl in line so literally went down the rd to other branch and they took care of it and was treated with respect something she knows nothing about.
